Bus Driver - ASC Greenway

Bus Driver needed for ASC Greenway FLYERS Afterschool program. Part time position open for driving elementary and middle school aged program and camp participants in the summer and elementary aged school children during the school year.  Teachers and/or Camp Staff will be on the bus to monitor the children.  The driver is required to have the proper Class B CDL with a P and S endorsement along with a good driving record.  3-5 years’ experience is preferred. This is a great work environment, staff is helpful and will monitor behavior on the bus.  The driver will be expected to interact with staff and children and enjoy working with children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ability to operate the bus safely and effectively; understand and adheres to all safety rules
  • Clean the bus as scheduled or needed
  • Perform daily safety and maintenance checks; advise supervisor of any needed repairs
  • Able to be flexible with scheduling
  • Pick up and deliver children according to set schedule

Equestrian Camp Counselors - ASC Greenway

Camp Counselors needed for Equestrian Day Camp. Camp weeks run June 5-9, June 12-16, June 19-23, and June 26-30.

Equestrian Camp at Springmaid Mountain in Spruce Pine begins in July. Camp weeks for SMM Camp run July 16-22 and July 23-29.

The following skills/previous experience are required:

Must have been previously approved by Equestrian Manager to teach

  • Must be able to teach lessons to novice, beginners and Intermediate riders
  • English advanced lessons are taught at the Day Camp
  • Ability to lead group activities
  • Positive role model, leads by example
  • CPR/First Aid and/or lifeguard certifications are a plus

Snack Bar Attendant - Lancaster Golf Club

Part time Snack Bar Attendant/Short Order Cook needed at Lancaster Golf Club.  Key Functions of this position include working the snack bar, cooking, greeting and serving our guests.  Must have past food experience, display friendly demeanor, and enjoy working with the public.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule.  The attendant will work the afternoon shift 12:00 to 3:30pm, 20-25 hours per week and will include week days and weekends.  ServSafe Certification is a plus!  This is an hourly position and includes tips. Afternoon Housekeeper - Recreation Complex

Part time housekeeper needed for busy Recreation Complex. Primary responsibility would be to clean the ladies restrooms and locker rooms during business hours. Specific duties will include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing restrooms/locker rooms and trash removal. Ability to operate a variety of equipment is required. Part time swim instructors needed for group and private swim lessons at the Recreation Complex.  We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated people with good communication skills to teach swimming skills to our members and guests. Instructors must be safety focused and able to help each individual learn the skills necessary to become a swimmer. Teachers - FLYERS Summer Camp 

We need additional staff to work in our FLYERS Summer Camps.  The summer camps are located in four of the Fort Mill School District Elementary schools: Doby's Bridge, Springfield, Pleasant Knoll and Tega Cay. This is a part time position working approximately 20 hours per week.Children in K through 5th grade will attend the summer camp program during the hours of 7am - 6pm Monday through Friday. Afterschool Teachers - FLYERS

Part time Teachers needed to work in our afterschool program. The program is located in each of the elementary schools in the Fort Mill School district. Current need for enthusiastic, creative, nurturing people. The FLYERS program creates a safe space for parents to leave their children after school each day. Homework, crafts, snack, outdoor play and outdoor exploration are all part of the FLYERS afterschool experience. Children in K through 5th grade will engage in activities that encourage creativity, social relationships, appropriate behavior and positive self-image. Teachers must enjoy working with elementary age children.  Must be able to follow lesson plans and assist with activities. Prior experience working with children is a plus. Camp Counselors - Adventure Seekers Camp

The Adventure Seekers program is a nature adventure based summer day camp which includes a variety of outdoor activities on the Anne Springs Close Greenway at our Adventure Center.  We are currently seeking qualified candidates for Camp Counselor positions.  Candidates must love the outdoors and have experience in the following:

  • Kayaking
  • Mountain biking
  • Low Ropes Course
  • Archery
  • Hiking

The following skills/previous experience are required for this position:

  • Previous experience in a camp setting with ages 7 thru 14
  • Ability to encourage leadership, creativity, and interpersonal relationships
  • Assist/actively participate in guiding activities for the campers
  • Be a positive role model and lead by example
  • CPR/First Aid Certification a plus

Camp dates will run Monday to Friday –  May 22 through mid-August. There will be a mandatory training session the week of May 22 prior to the start of camp.  Counselors must be 18 years of age to apply. Click here to apply.
