Learn body movement and control involving the skilled application of punches, kicks, blocks and dodges with the hands and feet. Start working on achieving your black belt status now. Charles Lingerfelt’s American Freestyle Karate Club was established in 1976 and is the oldest American Freestyle Karate Club in the United States.  Kyoshi Charles Lingerfelt has been training since 1973.
