Anne Springs Close Greenway Now Offering Kayak Rentals Seven Days a Week at Lake Haigler

June 21, 2010: Fort Mill, SC – The Anne Springs Close Greenway is pleased to announce that kayaks are now available for rent daily at the 28-acre Lake Haigler Cantrell Avenue landing.

Rentals start at only $7 for a one-person kayak or $10 for a tandem kayak for 30 minutes. Summer hours are Monday through Sunday 8 a.m. to 12 noon and again 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Eight kayaks (four one-person and four tandem) and two canoes are available for rent. Rentals are available on a first come first serve basis, and cash and checks are accepted.

Directions: From Hwy 160 W Business (at Walter Elisha Park), turn north onto Old Nation Road/21 Business, go ¾ mile and turn left onto Cantrell Avenue.
