FLYERS TO MEET AT THE DAIRY BARN ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2010

FLYERS Parents: Please be aware that during the first FULL DAY out of school, the FLYERS participants will meet at the Dairy Barn, located on the Greenway at 288 Dairy Barn Lane (off Old Nation Rd).

Hours will be 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Please send a lunch and drink with your child. We will provide snacks.

(Fun Loving Youth En-Route to Success)

Our after school program strives to establish a safe and caring environment that allows for individual and social growth, as economically as possible. Children will engage in activities that encourage creativity, social relationships, appropriate behavior, and positive self-image.

The program is available to children enrolled in kindergarten through 5th grade during the school year. Normal school day operation hours are school dismissal until 6:00 pm. We are located at all Fort Mill Elementary Schools: Fort Mill, Gold Hill, Orchard Park, Pleasant Knoll, Riverview, Springfield, and Sugarcreek.

Summer hours and extended days of operation are 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Orchard Park and Springfield Elementary will be used as our summer site locations for Summer 2010.

Registration for our after school program is ongoing as long as there are openings.

Weekly Program Fees: $62
(Complex Members receive $5 discount per week; 10% discount on second & third child in family)

As of August 26, 2010 the FLYERS program was full at the following locations: Fort Mill, Gold Hill, Orchard Park, and Pleasant Knoll Elementary Schools, however we do have a waiting list.

We are still accepting enrollments for Sugar Creek, Riverview, and Springfield Elementary Schools. Contact Leah Dunnam, Enrichment Director, at the Recreation Complex for registration information.

At the time of registration, there is a $65 (non-refundable) registration fee due, along with the first two week’s tuition payments (first week and a week in advance payment for the following week).
