Yes, we do recommend scheduling your tour in advance so we will know when you’re coming and can ensure the venue is available to see. Please contact us to let us know when you’re available for a tour, and we’d be happy to host you!

Leroy Springs has an exclusive relationship with Creative Solutions to provide all table, chair, tent, and décor rentals on the Greenway. This allows us to set a consistent level of service and minimizes logistical problems.

Leroy Springs Catering would certainly be delighted to provide you with all of your catering needs at all of our venues, but you are not required to use Leroy Springs Catering at any of our venues. At the Dairy Barn in Fort Mill and the Fairway Room in Lancaster, we require all independent food service providers to show proof of business license, DHEC inspection, and insurance certificate. Leroy Springs Catering is fully licensed and insured and we do cater most of the events we host.

Yes. Leroy Springs Catering does offer tastings of our food for our customers. Since all of our menus are customized and we make everything to order, we must schedule tastings on an individual basis in advance. Tastings can be coordinated by contacting Leroy Springs Catering directly.

We regularly provide all of the following when catering an event at no additional cost to you: Chafing Dishes, Serving Utensils, Flatware, China Plates, Glassware, Paper Cocktail Napkins and Serving Table Décor. Leroy Springs Catering provides customized proposals for each and every event. Prices vary from event to event depending on the type of event, the number of people, and the food and beverage selections served.

We will ensure all food items are attractively (and practically!) displayed in your event space. Based on your desires, we can offer attractive food displays for buffets and hors d’oeuvres, plated meals, passed hors d’oeuvres and stations. Yes, we charge a standard 18% gratuity for all catering orders. This charge will be included in your event order.

No, we do not supply wedding cakes, but we are happy to provide you with some trusted referrals. Please remember your cake, as well as any other edible item, must come from a licensed, insured provider if your event is held at the Dairy Barn or Fairway Room.

Absolutely! We provide full-service catering in our primary mission zones of Fort Mill, Lancaster, Chester, and the surrounding communities. We just don’t go into North Carolina.

Absolutely! We are fully-equipped to provide you with easy drop-off catering with disposables. If you’d prefer not to use disposables, we can set up for your event and return later for our supplies.
