With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we are pleased to offer delicious menu selections for casual settings, formal events, and corporate outings. We offer catering service at all of our venues and at many other locations within and surrounding the Lancaster, Chester and Fort Mill communities. And yes, we deliver!

Events & Catering Team
Evelyn Springs, Catering Manager
Evelyn Springs oversees the day-to-day catering operations and is involved in all aspects of menu recommendations, food preparation, and event planning and management. She makes it her personal mission to ensure that each event is planned and executed to perfection. Evelyn holds a certificate in Meeting and Event Planning from UNC-Charlotte, a ServSafe management certificate, and is a member of the Charlotte area National Association of Catering Executives (NACE). She has also attended the internationally recognized CaterSource conference in Las Vegas for catering professionals.
Laura Haynes, Administrative Assistant, Catering Coordinator
Laura Haynes provides administrative support for the catering operation. She works with customers to finalize their menus, handles all staff accounting functions, and often times assists in coordinating event operations. Laura is ServSafe certified and has attended the internationally recognized CaterSource conference in Las Vegas.
William Johnson, Banquet Captain
William Johnson is our “man on the ground,” responsible for making sure our events run according to plan. He provides the finest in customer service and is the catering team’s primary point of contact during the event. William is ServSafe certified and is responsible for staff development.
Linda Turner, Administrative Assistant for the Anne Springs Close Greenway
In addition to working with the day-to-day operations of the Greenway, Linda works with our events and catering team to schedule appointments, reserve facilities, coordinate logistics and deliveries and more for all venues located on the Greenway in Fort Mill.
