Aquatics
Leroy Springs Recreation Complex offers year-round swimming and fitness opportunities. Our pool offers lap swim, water exercise and swim lessons, as well as open swim for play and enjoyment for the whole family. We have four pools:
Six lane 25 yard pool
Baby pool (6" to 1’ depth)
Children’s pool (2’ to 3’ depth)
Spa whirlpool

Our Aquatics programs provide swimming classes year round for ages ranging 8 months to adult. Throughout the year we offer lifeguard training courses along with Water Safety Instructor courses.

2010 Summer Swim Lesson Schedule
LSC WINTER SWIM TEAM - #30000-02
Open Registration begins October 4 and ends when a maximum of 175 swimmers is reached. Season runs November-March. For ages 5-18 years old. Fee is $100 for the winter season. Complex members receive a $20 discount. A team swimsuit and a good pair of swim goggles will be required, which is an additional cost.
Participants must be able to swim a full length of the pool without stopping; however several different stroke clinics will be offered beginning in October.
The Fort Mill Swim Team participate in the Hornets Nest Swim League during the winter. The coaches are LSC Aquatics Director Harry Truesdale and Krystal Norman. For more information on the LSRC Swim team click here (Fort Mill Swim Team).

Clinics begin on Mondays and run until Thursday at that week from 5:00-6:00 PM. Weekly fees are $50, Complex members receive a $10 discount. Fees cannot be prorated. For ages 5-18. Participant must be able to cross the length of the pool (25 yards) without stopping before signing up for a stroke clinic.
