The Facility

The Recreation Complex on the Greenway is located at 971 Tom Hall Street. The Complex opened in 1976 and underwent a major renovation in 2006-07. Leroy Springs offers the most comprehensive and modern recreation facility in the Town of Fort Mill.

Indoor Amenities Include:

  • Fitness room with modern cardio and weight training equipment (HDTV available)

  • Indoor six-lane, 25-yard swimming pool

  • Six lighted tennis courts

  • Access to Anne Springs Close Greenway mountain biking and hiking trails (membership required for Anne Springs Close Greenway)

Facility Rentals

The Recreation Complex can be rented for meetings, birthday parties, family reunions and company parties. We have a large craft room, gymnasium, classroom and swimming pool. All rentals are based on space availability.

Leroy Springs operates the Banks Street Gym, a full court hardwood gymnasium used primarily for organized basketball activities. Also, Leroy Springs partners with the Town of Fort Mill and Fort Mill School District for field and gym space. It is through these partnerships that we are able to offer and maintain enriching youth activities.
