Venue Sales Coordinator

Seeking a Venue Sales Coordinator for the Anne Springs Close Greenway.  This is a full time position with a generous benefit package. The Coordinator will be responsible for all aspects of renting Greenway venues including the Dairy Barn, Field Trial Barn, Rush Pavilion, Adventure Center, Comporium Amphitheater and outdoor venue space. Primary market segments include weddings, social, corporate, education and non-profit.

Key functions will include achieving revenue and booking goals. The ideal candidate will have the ability to understand rate history, booking lead times, market segmentation and respond to leads from various sources. The Venue Sales Coordinator will develop new sources of business, establish a preferred vendor list, conduct site tours and venue promotions in an effort increase rentals at all our facilities. Cart Attendant - Fort Mill Golf

Seeking a part-time Cart Attendant to work approximately 10-15 hours per week at Fort Mill Golf Club in Fort Mill, SC. Hours of work are Saturday mornings: 6:30am – 1pm and Sunday afternoons approximately 1pm until dark (arrival time moves to noon after time change in November). Must enjoy working with the public, be knowledgeable about golf, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work holidays when needed. FLYERS - Teacher Assistant (Summer)

We are in need of additional staff in our FLYERS program for the summer on a part-time basis working approximately 20 hours per week.  We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, nurturing people to provide our kids with an enriching summer experience! This program creates a safe space for parents to leave their children and encourages education and outdoor exploration. Different weekly themes, crafts, snacks, and outdoor play are all part of the FLYERS summer camp experience. Our program provides activities that focus on sports, character building, and environmental stewardship. Children in K through 5th grade will engage in activities that encourage creativity, social relationships, appropriate behavior, and positive self-image. Teacher assistants must enjoy working with elementary age children.  Assistants must be able to carry out assignments and assist with activities. CPR and First Aid certification is required, and training will be provided.  Click here to apply

Welcome Station Attendant - ASC Greenway

Part time/seasonal Welcome Station Attendant needed to greet visitors and members to the Greenway. Duties will inlcude welcoming guests and visitors, assisting with membership, answering questions, helping with directions and sharing information about activities. Must have excellent communication and customer service skills and enjoy working with the public. Work schedule is 15-25 hours per week, flexibility to work weekdays and weekends is a must. Facilities Maintenance Technician

We have an opening for a Facilities Maintenance Technician. This is a full time position with a generous benefit package. This person will be responsible for day to day maintenance at all Company facilities. The ideal candidate must be an independent worker and have a very strong mechanical aptitude. Must be licensed in Heating and Air and have proficient electrical skills. General facility maintenance knowledge in basic plumbing, painting and carpentry is required.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of equipment, including vehicles and various tools required for the maintenance and repair of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Must have a good understanding of preventative maintenance and be able to schedule/monitor Company facilities.

Grounds Maintenance - Chester Golf Club

Seeking seasonal grounds maintenance workers to help during growing season at Chester Golf Club. Work begins May and ends October.
